Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an apparatus performing X-ray diagnostic imaging of a focus tissue and destruction treatment of the tissue by X-rays under visual observation then and there by use of endoscope observation, a focus-examining X-ray apparatus capable of being inserted from a forceps hole of an endoscope, and a focus-treating X-ray apparatus.SOLUTION: An X-ray generation tube part of an examining X-ray apparatus inserted from a forceps port of an endoscope is brought to the vicinity of an examination target while viewing a focus tissue detected by the endoscope with the endoscope. The examining X-ray apparatus has a microscope function, and irradiates only the target with X-rays, an obtained magnified image is read, and volumetric size of the focus tissue is comprehended. A treating X-ray apparatus is similarly inserted, a position of the X-ray generation tube part is confirmed from the endoscope, and the treating X-ray apparatus irradiates the focus tissue with X-ray energy and irradiation amount stabilized by a triode configuration. The treating X-ray apparatus mainly radiates soft X-ray energy, and treatment is performed while viewing a change of the focus tissue with the endoscope. A treatment degree is newly performed with X-ray diagnosis, the X-ray treatment and the X-ray examination are timely repeatedly performed using endoscope observation, and an operation can be performed in a short time.
