Abstract:
PURPOSE:To obtain the stereoscopic information of an object at real time by providing a filter means, which makes the brightness change of a stripe at equal intervals occur on the image pickup plane of an image pickup means, to an illumination means in the case that the object is a flat which is in parallel with the image pickup plane of the image pickup means. CONSTITUTION:A light shielding part 80, which is disposed so as to be positioned almost at a central point of a light guide 9 and made of a transmit ting member and whose density gets dense toward the peripheral part from the central part at the same time, is formed. Illuminating light emitted from the light guide 9 becomes the illuminating light having a stripe-like shadow whose density gets dense toward the peripheral part from the central part by the light shielding part 80 formed to a slit plate 10, and the object 17 is irradiated with it by an illuminating optical system 11. The shadow by the light shielding part 80 is generated to the object 17 irradiated with the illuminat ing light and the image of the object 17 where the shadow is generated is formed on the photoelectric transfer face of a CCD 19 by an objective optical system 18. Thus, the stereoscopic information of the object 17 is easily obtained at real time.
