PURPOSE: To provide an endoscope device whose tip portion structure is simplified and is structured inexpensively and whose assembly or the like workability can be improved.
CONSTITUTION: The tip hard portion 8 of an endoscope is equipped with a cap integral type head 9 made of resin and units (a forceps hole 16, a water supply hole 17, a water supply hole 18, an illumination optical system 19, an object image pick up system 20) 19 to be assembled through the insertion holes 12 of the cap integral type head 9. The respective tip portions of the forceps hole 16 and the object image pick up system 20 and fixed by screwing screws SR other than tapping screws into underholes 13 smaller than their outer diameters. Also, the respective tip portions of the water supply hole 17, the water supply hole 18, and the illumination optical system 19 are fixed by pushing them into insertion holes 12 by the method of press-in or snap fit.
