PURPOSE: To realize the complete division of a clean sphere and an unclean sphere by arranging at the clean sphere where germs are reduced, a light emitting means to be connected to one of the light passages of a catheter that possesses at least two light passages and transmits the image of a desired image pick up place and an image pick up means to be connected to the other.
CONSTITUTION: At a clean sphere 10, a blood vessel endoscope catheter 100 is connected to a video integral type camera 301 with a built-in battery that is an image pick up means and a light source 102, and its IG end is connected to the eye piece 302 of the camera 301, and the LG end of the catheter 100 is connected to a light collecting system 303 to conduct the convergence of light from the light source 102. To the camera 301, an image transmitter 304 of a built-in battery type that transmits an image by means of infrared rays or an electrical wave in order to watch the image of a pick up place or the like at an unclean sphere is connected. Each apparatus to be installed at the clean sphere 10 possesses a waterproof quality and intensity to cope with germ- reducing treatment. At the unclean sphere 11, an image is received by means of an image transmitter 305 and picturized.
