Abstract:
To provide a wire for endoscopic snares which reliably secures sessile polyps or projecting mucous membranes with a snare loop so that the same does not slip on the mucosal surface; has no risk that an anti-slip member falls off to stay in a body; and also prevents the member from getting caught in a sheath opening, causing worsened operability.SOLUTION: A wire for endoscopic snares 2 has a plurality of metal strands twisted together. At least one of the metal strands is a strand 6 having a three-dimensional kink smaller than a twist pitch.
