The endoscopic image filing device is provided with a plurality of hospitals which perform endoscopic observation, record the image information of obtained endoscopic images in a recording means and hold them, a server means which records a hospital name holding the image information of the endoscopic image by making it correspond to the management information with management information regarding the endoscopic image and a control means which displays information capable of specifying the hospital holding the image information of the endoscopic image corresponding to an inspection specified by selection from among pieces of the management information recorded in the server means.
