Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide an energy absorber which has little influence of resistance upon the sealing degree of lead, and can take a countermeasure against the expansion of lead due to temperature change easily and design it precisely with desired characteristics.
CONSTITUTION: This energy absorber 1 is provided with a cylinder 4 whose whose ends 2, 3 are closed, a rod 7 which can move relatively to the cylinder 4 and is disposed, passing through both ends 2, 3 of the cylinder 4, and a lead 8 which is extended to the recessed part 6 of the rod 7 and is disposed in the cylinder 4.
