To provide an energy-saving cover for a pan, in which in order to make the pan cover have a deep and large dome shape, the pan cover is made to have a diameter larger than the diameter of the pan by about 1.2 times or more, the pan cover is made to have about 7 cm or larger in size of depth thereof, and the pan is entirely covered with the pan cover, and thereby, there is provided a space between the pan and the pan cover so that heat of hot gas flames around the pan is taken in the pan cover.

An energy-saving cover for a pan includes: a grip for the pan cover provided at the upper part of the pan cover; several L-shaped metal-fitting stoppers provided in the pan cover; and recessed cuts which are provided in the edge of the pan cover between the L-shaped metal-fitting stoppers for the purpose of setting the grip of the pan provided on both sides of the edge of the pan cover.
