To obtain an epoxy resin composition which gives a cured item having an excellent heat resistance, a high tensile elongation, and a high flexural modulus and is suitably used as a matrix resin for a fiber-reinforced composite, to provide a prepreg using the same, and to provide a fiber-reinforced composite excellent in physical properties.
