PURPOSE: To provide an equipment individual freezing of food, designed so that each cross-section of comb teeth of a comb-tooth-shaped shelf plate vertically dividing a cylindrical equipment body may have a shape narrowed at the upper part, capable of keeping a material to be treated in a suitable fluidity state, free from scattering of the small and light material to be treated and excellent in productivity.
CONSTITUTION: In this equipment for individual freezing of food, the cylindrical equipment body is equipped with a cold air exhaust vent and a supply opening for a material to be treated such as a granular vegetable at the upper part and a take-out opening for the treated material and a cold air supply opening at the lower part. One or more comb-tooth-shaped shelf plates 21 vertically dividing the inside of the equipment body are slidably attached to shelf plate outlets formed in the peripheral walls of the equipment body and a combing tool 24 for combing a line of slits 23 formed between the comb teeth 22 of the comb-tooth-shaped shelf plates 21 is attached to the shelf plate take-out opening. Each comb tooth 22 of the comb-tooth-shaped shelf plate 21 has a cross-section shape in which the upper part is narrowed.
