Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method and equipment that propagate data relating to a state of user terminal equipment in the mobile communication system from a center register to plural local registers.
SOLUTION: Data relating to a state of a user 12 are transmitted simultaneously from a GLR(global location register)-N4 to a GLR-L10 via a satellite 8 in an HDLC form. Each GLR-L10 requests re-transmission of every HDLC frame not to be accurately received. The GLR-N4 records a frame transmitted earliest among frames not to be confirmed yet by all of the GLR-L10 and when a new frame corresponds to the outside of a range of a transmission window corresponding to the frame transmitted earliest, the transmission of the frame is prohibited. The GLR-N4 polls the GLR-L10 for a re-transmission request and the GLR-L10 transmits even a request not to be requested to the GLR-N4. Even when the plural requests to the same frame are transmitted within a prescribed time, the GLR-N4 transmits again the frame only once.
