Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To adjust the wood transfer interval quickly and accurately.
SOLUTION: When either one of a lifting button 13 or a lowering button 14 is ON-operated once by utilizing an inverter, the acceleration driving and the inching control for controlling a brake can be carried out by a reversible motor 7 so that a head 3 can be lifted and lowered by the minimum unit of 0.1 mm by a controller built in an operation panel 11. Also the number of rotations of a driving shaft 8 sensed by a rotary cutter 10 is fed back to the controller to correct the control error. Therefore, the head 3 is lifted by 0.5 mm by repeating five times the operation of the lifting button 13 in a mm display when the lifting distance to a target value is set as 0.5 mm.
