PURPOSE: To take out rotational inertia force of a flywheel, so as to enable high-speed rotational driving by turning a rotational frame rotatably supporting the flywheel with the shaft angle unchanged from the outside.
CONSTITUTION: A fly wheel 4 is attached on a shaft 3 on a diagonal line formed by linking circular grooves engraved on right and left rings 1, 1, and the flywheel 4 is rotated by rotating a fixed frame 8 by means of a handle 7 while guiding the right and left shaft ends by the circular grooves. In the operation, the flywheel 4 starts the rotation while being accelerated by the rolling motion by rotating the fixed frame 8 for preventing the shaft deviation along the upper parts of the rings 1, 1 at the same time that the flywheel 4 is rotated at the specific part like spinning a top. It is accelerated and rotated by 10,000rpm or more. Even if the rotation of the frame 8 has the speed such as pedaling a bicycle, the shaft 3 keeps the high-speed rotation. This rotation is taken out to the outside by transmission gears 9, 10, so as to be applied as power to various fields.
