Abstract:
To provide a replacement system of a grindstone capable of easily replacing a grindstone by a robot even though positional deviation of a grinding wheel spindle occurs.SOLUTION: According to the present invention, a replacement system includes: a grinding wheel spindle, a replacement robot, and a control part for controlling the replacement robot; the grinding wheel spindle includes a first flange member and a second flange member; and a hand part of the replacement robot includes an engagement part E which can be engaged with the second flange member, and a sensor part SS which can detect the position of the second flange member. The position of the second flange member is detected by causing the sensor part SS to detect an outer edge of an engaged part of the second flange member, the hand part is moved toward the second flange member on the basis of the detected position information of the second flange member, and the second flange member is removed from the first flange member by engaging the engagement part E of the hand part with the engaged part of the second flange member.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 7
