To make an excrement treatable without replacing a diaper by discharging the excrement to a separator from an attaching device passing through a discharge port thereof by a suction force of sucking device and only gases in the discharged excrement are separated by the separator to be discharged by the sucking device.
When the sucking device 20 is operated, a vacuum suction force is transmitted to the inside of a separator 21 through a communication pipe 2b, a drier 41 and a communication pipe 2a and then up to the internal surface side of an underwear 4, for example, a discharge port through a discharge hose 2 to discharge excrement by suction from the discharge port. Hot water is supplied from a hot water heater 40 to a feed part 3 of the underwear 4 through a hot water pipe 3b, a switching valve 31 and a feed pipe 3a and delivered to the inside of the underwear from a number of delivery ports board in a branch path to be guided to the discharge port by a vacuum suction force from the sucking device 20. The excrete as mixture of the excrement, water and air thus discharged by suction is taken into the separator 21 and the excrement or the like alone are separated to be accumulated into an internal container of the separator 21.
