To provide the formation technique of forms for sloped forms, by which workability regarding form forming operation at the intersection sections of the forms is improved and there is no separated section at the intersection sections and which are also effective for maintaining the collected state of the forms.
A form unit 1 unitized by mutually connecting forms 2, 3 consisting of reticulate form plates 6, 7, 9, 10 coupled through spacing members 5, 8 respectively by forming a space section S corresponding to the width of the forms crossed at right angles between these forms is formed beforehand. The latticed forms are formed by arranging other forms so as to be mutually crossed at right angles through the space section S shaped in the intermediate section of the form unit 1.
