Abstract:
To provide an exercise machine simple in structure and enabling a user to get well-balanced and combined exercises.
One end of a rocking step bar 2 is journaled to a front base by a step bar rotating shaft 21. A sliding mechanism 4 is provided on the top face side of the rocking step bar 2, and a pedal 3 is freely slid on the rocking step bar 2. One end side of a pedal positioning bar 5 is journaled to a center base by a pedal positioning bar rotating shaft 51, and the other end is rockably journaled to the pedal 3. One end of a cylinder 6 is rockably journaled to the front base, and the other end is similarly rockably journaled to the rocking step bar 2.
