PURPOSE: To exactly measure momentum and number of steps with an exercise measuring instrument for measuring human exercise functions.

CONSTITUTION: This exercise measuring instrument is constituted by having a vibration detecting means 1 built in a shoe sole, a first timer 2 for measuring specified time intervals, an integrating means 5 for calculating the integrated value of the output of this vibration detecting means 1 at every time interval measured by this first timer 2 and a vibration generation deciding means for outputting a signal when the output of this integrating means 5 exceeds the first set value. The varying magnitude of the momentum is exactly measured by such constitution even at the same one step and simultaneously the number of steps is exactly counted.
