Abstract:
To provide a toilet seat cushion which can be firmly fixed to a toilet seat without a fitting string for coupling the toilet seat cushion to the toilet seat, and a production method thereof.SOLUTION: A toilet seat cushion (1) comprises a right and left pair of symmetric bodies, each toilet cushion is formed into a three-dimensional shape so as to be substantially along a shape of each kind of a toilet seat which has been sold or which is sold by a toilet seat maker, and a shape of a substantially similar matter of the toilet seat. The production method thereof comprises: (a) a step for sticking a sponge layer to a front cloth; (b) a step for sticking a nonwoven fabric layer, wherein the nonwoven fabric layer is formed by mixed spinning of a bot melt cotton to the nonwoven fabric; (c) a step for punching the materials of the toilet seat cushion into a shape of the toilet seat cushion; (d) a step for trimming the punched toilet seat cushion; and (e) and a step for thermoforming of the trimmed toilet seat cushion according to a shape of the toilet seat.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 2
