Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an exhaust emission control device that is excellent in heat insulation property in a low-temperature area and excellent in heat radiation property in a high-temperature area, and to provide a holding seal material used for the exhaust emission control device.SOLUTION: The exhaust emission control device includes: an exhaust gas treatment body; a casing comprising a metal cylindrical body for storing the exhaust gas treatment body; the holding seal material disposed between the exhaust gas treatment body and the casing; and a heat radiation layer formed on at least one of an internal surface and an external surface of the casing.
