Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fan rotor for preventing undesired frequency vibration at a rotor and in a blade of the rotor.SOLUTION: This invention provides a fan rotor 300 of a ram fan of an aircraft environment control system. The rotor 300 has a central body 302 for defining a center axis 306 and a radius having the first radial distance 316 defined as a distance ranging from the axis 306 to an edge part 308 of the central body 302. Several fan blades 310 extend from the edge part 308 of the central body 302 in a radial direction in the second radial direction distance 318 defined as a distance from the axis 306 to an extremity end 314 of each of the blades 310. A shroud 320 extends between each of the blades 310 to connect each of the blades 310. The shroud 320 comprises coordination feature parts 321a, 321b arranged at a radial direction distances from the axis 306 that are larger than the first distance 316 and formed not to cause vibration of the rotor 300 during its operation to be coordinated.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 3A
