Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain design equal to exposed concrete by creating a concrete form pattern on a surface of an interior-exterior trimming board after a tree root seal is stuck, and removing the tree root seal thereafter.
SOLUTION: A water absorption preventive material 11 or an adhesive 11a is applied to a surface of an interior-exterior trimming board 10, and polymer cement paste 12 is applied to a place where its upper tree root hole 13 is created. Next, after the polymer cement paste 12 is dried, a tree root seal 13a is stuck on it. Next, a polymer cement filler 14 is squeezingly painted on the whole surface, and after this is dried, a concrete form pattern 15 is created on its surface. Afterwards, the tree root seal 13a is separated and removed, and a top coat 16 is also applied to the whole surface. In this way, an exposed concrete design board 1 which has design equal to exposed concrete and is excellent in water resistance and ultravoloet ray resistance, can be produced in large quantities in a short time.
