To provide an exposed receptacle capable of supplying direct-current power source.

The exposed receptacle A is provided with a case body 1 to enable to be attached to an installation face in an exposed state, and a plug connecting part 20 for a direct-current extra-low-voltage power source is fitted to a front face of the case body 1 for a plug to be freely inserted into or pulled from. The plug connecting part 20 is provided with a round plug-insertion hole 21 for tip parts of the plug to be inserted into, a columnar protruded part 22 protruded toward front from a bottom face of the plug-insertion hole 21 with a gap set against an inner periphery face of the plug-insertion hole 21, terminal insertion holes 23a, 23b opening toward a front face of the protruded part 22 for plug-side terminals the plug has to be plug-in connected, and blade rest members electrically connected to the plug-side terminals inserted into the inside of the protruded part 22 through the terminal insertion holes 23a, 23b.
