Abstract:
To provide an expression cassette and an expression vector, useful for transient or stable expression of exogenous molecules.
There are provided an expression cassette including a promoter/enhancer, an intervening region, and a polyadenylation signal domain, for expressing a polynucleotide encoding exogenous proteins, and a vector including the cassette. In one embodiment, an expression cassette, including a human CMV immediate early 1 (hCMV IE1) promoter/enhancer region, an objective polynucleotide and a modified human growth hormone (hGHv) polyA signal domain or a variant thereof is provided.
