To provide an exterior material fixture for firmly joining furring strips and a furring strips receiving member, by easily joining the furring strips to the furring strips receiving member.
In this exterior material fixture 10, a bar 14 is joined in its wall parts 30A and 30B to the furring strips 16 having an installing surface part 34 for installing a covering material 22. Joining of this bar 14 and the furring strips 16, is performed by locking claw parts 31A and 31B on a return part 39 of a cutout 38, by fitting the claw parts 31A and 31B in the cutout 38, by deflecting a plate part 26 of the flexible bar 14, and can be thereby performed more easily than a conventional exterior material fixture. Since a rib 17c of a washer 17 abuts on the plate part 26 of a part of erecting the wall parts 30A and 30B, the bar 14 and the furring strips 16 are firmly joined by restraining deflection of the plate part 26 of the bar 14.
