To provide an extracting reaction assistant for waste rubber, waste tires and oils contributing to low-temperature energy and energy saving techniques of wastes, etc., simultaneously suppressing heat energy used in a pyrolysis reaction, etc., and energy necessary for cooling thereof and carrying out production of a liquid fuel and coke from the wastes at an ultralow temperature.

A mixed synthetic material of CH2Cl2 (dichloromethane) with C4H8O (tetrahydrofuran) is used as the reaction assistant for the waste tires, waste rubber, etc., in a pyrolysis treatment stage. An adequate amount of ultrafine powder mica is premixed with the reaction assistant to thereby further promote the reaction.
