Abstract:
To provide a face guard held by a neck of a wearer and capable of arbitrarily adjusting a distance from a face of the wearer to a shield.SOLUTION: There is provided a face guard 100 that is held by a neck of a wearer and covers a mouth and a nose at a predetermined distance from a face of the wearer, including: a substantially annular frame 20 to be worn around the neck of the wearer; and a transparent shield 10 attached to the frame and rising from a chest of the wearer. The frame has a substantially semi-annular first frame portion 201 to which the shield is attached, and a substantially semi-annular second frame portion 202 that comes in contact with the neck of the wearer. Portions coming in contact with the first frame portion and the second frame portion are configured as an adjustment mechanism to tilt and move the shield attached to the first frame portion to an arbitrary angle from the face of the wearer, with the second frame portion as a reference.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
