PURPOSE: To hold the secrecy of information by providing the facsimile equipment(FAX) with a mechanism for automatically sealing paper printed by a printer.

CONSTITUTION: A transmitted signal is printed out on rolled paper 10 carried by a heat sensitive paper carrying roller 12 by using a thermal head 11. After completing the printing of one page, the recording paper is cut off by a cutter 13 and set up on a recording paper receiving tray 19. At the time of receiving a signal indicating the end of sending of the final page, a paper filing means fixed board driving motor rotates a disc 16 and the recording paper set up on the tray 19 is filed by a paper filing means. In this case, the contents of the 1st page should be limited to only a destination name. Since the following recorded sheets except the 1st page are filed on several positions, only the cover is observed and the secrecy of the information can be held.
