Title:
FACSIMILE RECEIVER
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JPH01149668
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PURPOSE:To enable a facsimile signal and a voice signal to be received at the same time in course of facsimile communication by providing a voice signal decoding circuit and a signal separation circuit. CONSTITUTION:The data signal (b) of 9600bps consisting of a set of a picture signal information coding signal 3bit and a voice signal information coding signal 1 bit sent from a transmitter is received and inputted to a signal demodulation circuit 1. A composite signal (c) is outputted by the circuit 1 and inputted to the signal separation circuit 3. The circuit 3 separates the composite signal (c) to the picture signal information coding signal (f) of 7200bps and the voice signal information coding signal (e) of 2400bps. Since the voice signal is simultaneously received in course of the facsimile communication in this way, a voice message can be received without waiting the finish of the communication when the voice message is required to be received in course of the facsimile communication. As the result the expansion of communication time can be prevented.
