Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an overturn prevention device easily attached between an upper face of an object and a ceiling.SOLUTION: An overturn prevention device includes a damper 10, a pair of base parts 30A and 30B, and a fixing cord 50. The damper 10 has repulsive force working in an extension direction. The fixing cord 50 holds the damper 10 in a contracted state with a desired length. The fixing cord 50 includes a ball chain 51, and a band member 53. The ball chain 51 is connected to a second base part 30B. The ball chain 51 is formed by connecting a plurality of spherical bodies 51A by connecting members 51B. The band member 53 is connected to the first base part 30A. The band member 53 includes a holding part 57A and a passage part 57B. The holding part 57A locks the spherical bodies 51A with a connecting member 51B of the ball chain 51 inserted therethrough. The passage part 57B is connected to the holding part 57A. The passage part 57B allows the spherical bodies 51A to pass therethrough, while applying resistance to the spherical bodies 51A of the ball chain 51.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 4
