To improve the fatigue reliability of a brake disk fastening part, in particular fatigue reliability of a bolt.
In a fastening structure, a brake disk 1 is fastened to both sides of a wheel 4 or both sides of disk body fitted and fastened to the wheel through the use of a bolt 5a and a nut 5b. A bolt insertion hole 12a is disposed in the same position as for a bolt through-hole 3a provided to a fastening part 3 of the brake disk 1. An annular body 12 in which an inner peripheral surface has a fitting structure with the wheel 4 or a boss part 4a of the disk body is arranged on the outside of the fastening part 3 of the brake disk 1 and is fastened thereto with the bolt 5a and nut 5b. As a result, the fatigue reliability of the fastening part of the brake disk, in particular a bolt, can be improved when fastening the brake disk to the wheel or wheel shaft. A malfunction due to fatigue damage of the brake disk fastening part can be prevented, therefore, even though a brake load is increased in response to speedup of a vehicle such as the Shinkansen.
