Abstract:

To surely prevent excessive feed oil at closed fuel tank feed oil time.

A solenoid vent valve 131 is arranged in a breather pipe 13 for connecting a liquid level upper space in a closed fuel tank 11 to a canister 10. An electronic control unit(ECU) 30 sets a desired value of a tank internal pressure increasing speed on the basis of a feed oil flow rate when feeding oil to the tank from a feed oil pipe 111, and controls opening-closing of the vent valve so that the tank internal pressure increasing speed detected by a pressure sensor 120 coincides with a target speed. The target pressure increasing speed is determined so that internal pressure becomes pressure for operating an automatic stop mechanism of a feed oil nozzle when a tank inside fuel quantity reaches a target quantity. Thus, when the tank inside fuel quantity reaches the target quantity, an oil feed is surely stopped, and the excessive feed oil is surely prevented so that the occurrence of spitting of fuel when tank internal pressure becomes excessive at oil feed finish time can be prevented.
