Abstract:
To provide a felt base fabric for paper making, having excellent water-squeezing, anti-fouling, surface property and travel stability properties.SOLUTION: The felt base fabric for paper making 2 constitutes a texture structure of 1-warp layer/1-weft layer and includes warps 4 and wefts 5 woven together. The warps 4 have a 5/3 texture, i.e., going through a papermaking surface side of 5 continuous wefts 5 and going through running surface side of 3 continuous wefts 5. When looking into the papermaking surface side, 2 warps 4 neighboring to each other constitute a first pair 6 forming a papermaking surface side warp having a pseudo state 7/1 texture. When looking into a running surface side, 2 warps 4 neighboring to each other in a different combination from the first pair 6 constitute a second pair 7 forming a running surface side warp having a pseudo state 3/1 texture.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
