To provide an optical fiber cable suppressing untwisting.SOLUTION: An optical fiber cable 100 includes: a plurality of optical fiber units 10A respectively having a plurality of optical fibers 1, and twisted with each other in an SZ shape; a wrapping tape 54 for wrapping the plurality of optical fiber units 10A; at least one first interposed article 3a and at least one second interposed article 3b positioned between the adjacent optical fiber units 10A; and a sheath 55 for coating the wrapping tape 54. The first interposed article 3a contacts with the wrapping tape 54, and the second interposed article 3b is positioned on the inner side than the first interposed article 3a in a diametrical direction.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
