Abstract:

To provide a fiber reinforced plastics processing method promoting recycling of fiber reinforced plastics waste, and its crushed material.

The fiber reinforced plastics processing method comprises a crushing process to obtain a crushed material by crushing coarse particles composed of the fiber reinforced plastics with a crusher. The crusher is a milling type crusher which crushes the coarse particles by applying shear and compression to them. Preferably, the method includes a mixing process to mix the coarse particles or the crushed material with aluminum hydroxide powder to obtain a mixture, a molding process to mold the mixture to obtain moldings and a solidification process to solidify the moldings by steam curing. Preferably, a milling type crusher be used in the mixing process.
