Upon the completion of changing, a cover 22 is swung around a fulcrum 22a by a cylinder and inserted between the bobbin holders 14, 15. When the bobbin holder 15 is stopped by a braking device, a rod 27a of the cylinder 27 is pulled in, and an arm 24 swings around a fulcrum 24a to bring a feed port 25b into contact with a bunch winding part of a filament package 18.
