PURPOSE: To make it possible to carry out a writing work, typing, operating a data processor, and the like, in a stable posture without getting fatigue, by providing a drawer type working stand on the upper side of a filing utensil positioning almost at the same level as the upper surface of the desk.

CONSTITUTION: There are drawers 2 in a filling utensil 1, in which document files, a floppy desk, a photo-desk, and the like can be stored. The full height of the filing utensil is made almost equal to the height of the upper side of a normal business desk to utilize it as an extension of the desk surface of the business desk positioned at the side. A drawer type working stand 5 is provided at the upper side of the filing utensil main body 1, which can be drawn out from and pushed in to install to the filing utensil main body 1. The user can position the drawer type working stand 5 just in front of him very closed by only facing the side. Since his feet can be placed under the stand without touching the knees, he can carry out the work without bending his back and without stretching his hands forward too much.
