PURPOSE: To warm the feet of all the people sitting on without using a heater separately by providing a built-in fan device and a ceramics heater in the leg of a desk, and attaching air intake holes and air purification filters.

CONSTITUTION: When a fan 27 of a fan device 4 is rotated, the outside air is inhaled to the inside of a leg 1 through air intakes 7, passing through air purification filters 14, heated while it passes through a ceramics heater 5 making into a hot air, and exhausted downward from an air guide frame 25 through an air passage 24. The exhausted hot air strikes an air guide member 29, being guided to a front incline, to a rear incline, and to side inclines 29c and 29d respectively, and is blown out from hot air blowers 8.... In this case the hot air blown from the hot air blowers 8 positioned a little higher than the floor, rising to the ceiling, can be taken in again from the air intakes 7 positioned a little lower than a top plate 2. Since the device can heat the position only persons are present, the heating efficiency can be improved.
