Abstract:
To shorten a cycle time of fillet roller working of a multi-kind crankshaft having a different pitch in a pin part and a journal part.
In a fillet roller working device, a shift rod 52, 53 having a shift fork 54, 55 interposing a plurality of swivel supporters 23, 25 supporting an arm provided with a fillet roller is shifted by a spacer 58, 59 and adjusting screw 56, 57 in accordance with an axial direction pitch in a pin part or journal part of a crankshaft. Relating to all of the swivel supporters 23, 25, a space change means 9, 10 able to change individually in an arbitrary space is provided.
