To provide a filling system which enhances heat conductivity to a fluid, especially a fluid having a high viscosity or difficulty in uniform heating (heat exchange), such as a sauce, and is capable of filling the heated fluid efficiently without a loss of a material (fluid).
The filling system heats the fluid and fills the heated fluid as a content into a container to be filled. The system has a work coil for generating magnetic flux, which coil can be connected to a high-frequency current generating means, and a passage for allowing the fluid to flow therethrough. The system also includes a heat exchanging means made of a material capable of being heated by the electromagnetic induction by the work coil which has a tubular housing that exchanges heat with the fluid flowing through the passage and a stirring element that stirs the fluid flowing through the passage arranged in the tubular housing, and a filling means that fills the fluid heated by the heat exchanging means into the container. The system is utilized to provide a manufacturing method for a hot-pack filling product of the fluid, the product being manufactured by heating the fluid and filling the heated fluid as the content into the container.
