Abstract:
To provide a film antenna excellent in an antenna function, radio wave permeability, and heat shielding property.SOLUTION: A film antenna 10 has a thin film layer 16 consisting of a plurality of thin films including a metal thin film 16b and metal oxide thin films 16a, 16c stacked on a surface of a substrate 12. The metal thin film 16b has a portion 161 that constitutes an antenna pattern and a portion 162 that does not constitute an antenna pattern. The portion 162 that does not constitute the antenna pattern has a groove 18 that divides the metal thin film 16b.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
