The resin film includes 51-99 pts.mass syndiotactic polypropylene (A) and 1-49 pts.mass resin (B) selected from among a petroleum resin, a terpene resin, a rosin-based resin and hydrogenated materials thereof (on condition that the total of the syndiotactic polypropylene (A) and the resin (B) is 100 pts.mass). The resin film has ≥80% total reflectance R1 when measured on the surface of the resin film and 5-20% weight fraction ψ (ψ=R3/R1×100) of the regular reflectance R3 to the total reflectance R1, wherein the regular reflectance R3 is obtained by using the total reflectance R1, the diffuse reflectance R2 and expression (1): R3=R1-R2.
