Abstract:

To prepare a film for lamination excellent in impact strength and cutting property, and to prepare a composite film comprising at least a base material and, laminated thereon, the film for lamination, and to provide a bag for packaging comprising the composite film.

The composite film comprises at least the base material and the film laminated on the base material, where the film for lamination, which is laminated on the base material, comprises an ethylene-α-olefin copolymer which is obtained by copolymerizing ethylene with a 4-20C α-olefin and has a melt flow rate, falling within a specific range and satisfying a specific relation with a melt tension at 190°C and another specific relation with an intrinsic viscosity, and a density within a specific range.
