Abstract:
To provide a transparent norbornene resin having high heat resistance.
A random and a block copolymers are obtained from a norbornene compound and a diene compound represented by formula (2) [wherein, R11 to R16 are each at least one kind of group selected from the group consisting of a hydrogen atom, a 1-10C aliphatic hydrocarbon group, a 3-20C alicyclic hydrocarbon group, a 6-20C aromatic hydrocarbon group, a carboxy group, an acyl group, a carboxylic acid ester group, an amide group, a hydroxy group, an ether group, an acetyl group, a cyano group, a halogen group, a sulfonic acid group, a nitro group, a sulfide group, a trialkylsilyl group and a trialkoxysilyl group; and R11 and R16 may mutually be bound to form a cyclic compound].
