To provide a grinding/polishing material in which abrasive grains are hardly worn out and can stand long use and by which grinding/polishing work can be executed without the suspension of the abrasive grains since water can be used during the work.

The grinding/polishing material is composed so that at least one kind of abrasive grains among diamond abrasive grains 21, metal abrasive grains 22, and the other polishing abrasive grains 23 is mixed into a resin material.
