PURPOSE: To provide a fine image locating system, in which the content of a ma memory for memorizing the locating position is corrected by the amount of correction during the position correcting operation using a correcting device so that the fine iamge such as that on a microfish may be located with high precision without any influence due to aging of the system or the like.
