Abstract:
To provide a fine particle manufacturing method capable of reducing the size of fine particles to be manufactured.
A raw material gas stream ET containing a raw material of fine particles and a reactive gas flow GR for covering the raw material gas stream ET are allowed to flow in a reaction space HK of a high temperature atmosphere and particles are formed in the outer peripheral part of the raw material gas stream ET by heat treatment. The formed particles are cooled in the reactive gas flow GR to manufacture the fine particles.
