Abstract:
PURPOSE: To provide a fine powder coal combustion device not requiring any auxiliary combustion of oil capable of being applied to a large-scaled facility, continuing a stable combustion even at the starting of ignition and during a low load operation and providing a superior response even against a rapid variation of load.
CONSTITUTION: A fine powder coal extracting pipe passage 16 is installed in a fine powder coal combustion device directly connected to a crashing machine 6 in parallel with a fine powder coal fuel supplying pipe passage 11 having a fuel supplying amount adjusting means 12 for use in closing or releasing the pipe passage. There are provided a separation air discharging pipe passage 18 for discharging transporting air out of the system while a discharging amount being adjusted by the separation air discharging amount adjusting means 19 after passing through the separation device 17, and a fine powder coal recirculating pipe passage 21 for returning the separated fine powder coals to the crashing machine and reutilizing it.
