Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To improve the fire extinguishing capacity, to reduce the damage of water loss by reducing the radiating quantity, to reduce the cost by minimizing the capacity of a pump, and to provide a uniform sprinkling pattern in a fire extinguishing sprinkler nozzle.
SOLUTION: When fire extinguishing liquid or water is sprinkled from a fire extinguishing sprinkler nozzle at fire, a sprinkling pattern which intensely sprinkles water to a specific part of a prescribed protection range by a slit 10 of a nozzle part 8 is formed, a drive part 6 is driven by the water flow in sprinkling so as to decelerate it by a deceleration part 7, the nozzle part 8 is rotated to scan the sprinkling pattern so as to sprinkle the whole protection range. At the same time, an impeller 9 provided with a plurality of vanes is rotated in the direction for approximately crossing with the slit 10 direction in the nozzle part 8, the water is partitioned into each block so as to take out from the slit 10 by the vanes of the impeller 9, the water taken out from the slit is gathered and prevented from being fallen, and therefore this constitution can provide an ideal sprinkling pattern.
