Title:
FIREPROOF SHIELD MATERIAL AND FIREPROOF SHIELD STRUCTURE
Document Type and Number:
Japanese Patent JP2017179945
Kind Code:
A
Abstract:
PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To enable a structure that is thinner than a thicker structure in which multiple thick gypsum boards are stacked to achieve the same or higher level of heat shield property and fire resistance as the thicker structure.SOLUTION: A fireproof shield material 1 is formed of front and rear layers 1a, 1b, which are formed by laminating in a thickness direction and compacting two layers among a thermal expanding layer in which a thermal expansion material such as expanded graphite or vermiculite that expands on heating is blended into a wool mat in which hot-melt heat-resistant inorganic fibers made of rock wool or glass wool pile up and intertwine, a flame arresting layer in which a thermal fusion material such as glass that prevents the flame from penetrating by melting on heating is blended into the wool mat, and a heat absorbing layer into which a heat absorbing material such as aluminium hydroxide that absorbs heat is blended. A fireproof shield structure is formed of the fireproof shield material 1 and a plate-like body formed of gypsum boards 5, 5 that are integrally laminated at least on one of front and rear faces of the fireproof shield material 1.SELECTED DRAWING: Figure 1
